Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Return / No Refund Policy

All products sold on our website are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered successfully to the customer.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by customer
  • Size or preference issues
  • Delay caused by courier or unforeseen circumstances
  • Minor packaging damage without product damage

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • The customer receives a damaged product
  • The customer receives the wrong product
  • The product is missing items due to packaging error

To qualify:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory
  • The video must clearly show:
    • Unopened package
    • Shipping label
    • Full unboxing process
    • Visible damage or incorrect item

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.


3. Refund Approval Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Replacement or refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

We reserve the right to reject claims that:

  • Appear fraudulent
  • Lack sufficient evidence
  • Are reported after the allowed timeframe

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing or dispatch.
